Terms and Conditions for Munu Connect

Thank you for being a Munu customer and for helping us connect with great businesses. These Terms & Conditions explain how the Munu Connect program works, when rewards are credited, and what’s required from you as a referrer.

1. How referrals qualify
  • A “Qualified Referral” is a business that is not already a Munu customer or active lead in our CRM.
  • We ask for this to make sure we only reward referrals that bring new
    opportunities to Munu.
  • Referrals must be submitted through Munu’s official referral form or in
    writing to a Munu representative. Verbal referrals are not eligible.
  • A referral qualifies when the referred business signs an agreement with Munu and has been live and processing transactions on the Munu platform for at least 30 days.
  • Munu reserves the right to determine referral eligibility and original lead source if there’s a conflict or overlap.
2. Rewards for successful referrals
  • 5,000 NOK invoice reduction per qualified referral.
  • Maximum 3 referral rewards per calendar month.
  • Rewards are credited as a reduction on your next Munu invoice once the qualification criteria are met. This ensures the referred business is fully onboarded and actively using Munu.
3. Your role as a referrer
  • You confirm that you have permission from the referred business to share their contact details with Munu.
4. Data protection and privacy (GDPR)
  • By submitting a referral, you confirm the referred business has agreed that Munu can contact them.
  • Munu will only use the provided contact details to follow up on the referral, in line with our Privacy Policy (https://munu.cloud/privacy-policy/).
  • We handle all personal information securely and in compliance with
    applicable data protection laws.
5. Other important details
  • All referrals and related information are treated as confidential.
  • This programme does not create an exclusive partnership between you and Munu.
  • Munu may update or terminate the programme at any time with 30 days’ notice.
