The suppliers to Vulkanfisk are carefully selected according to the season, and some of the products are so fresh that they have been delivered the same day as they are fished.
With Munu Cloud, every order is registered in the cloud-based POS system with the appropriate payment methods to ensure accurate settlement.
This applies whether the order is processed on the restaurant’s POS, the fish counter POS, or the customer’s own mobile device through the Munu webshop.
Furthermore, Vulkanfisk also utilize Munu POS` Bizerba scale data integration at their fish counter, enabling all items added on the POS system to be accessible on the scale as well. Compliance with the Norwegian Food Safety Authority’s labeling requirements for fresh raw materials is also considered, allowing easy inclusion of information on content and allergens under each item in the POS system.
