📈 Food sales, which had dropped last year, are now back on track
🥂 New menu additions like Wine by the Glass and Limoncello Spritz are showing strong growth
🛒 Web-shop activation generated 35,000 NOK in revenue
💌 44% increase in returning customers compared to the previous period

They are now working on tracking waste to uncover even more opportunities & the Restaurant Manager Karoline has set an upselling competition to boost sparkling wine sales this September!
